A more efficient workflow for surgeons
UX Design and Product Management
The project
Polytech is a German leading manufacturer of silicone implants. They have a printed catalog with thousands of products which they usually distribute physically.
They wanted a way to make the process of choosing the right implants easier for surgeons, so they hired Movida.
We developed an application that made searching for products a lot easier by allowing surgeons to select attributes to filter the product catalog. Now, they have an easy to use catalog that updates instantly and is accessible anytime
How I contributed

Gathered information about the way surgeons search for products in order to understand their workflow and what was most important to them.

Created the UX design of the app with the information I collected.
We received great feedback from distributors and independent surgeons around the improvement in the process and the ease of use.
